Job Description

Due to maternity cover, we are seeking an individual to cover the role of accounts assistant.

This is an administration role with bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry into Quickbooks Online
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Bank payments
  • Reporting on excel
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • General admin duties

Experience and skills Required

  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Previous office experience
  • Reliable
  • Able to use initiative
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Organised
