Job Description

The individual will be expected to look after all aspects of the company’s finances including:

• Invoicing customers
• Preparing and sending customer statements
• Credit control
• Checking and paying suppliers invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Filing quarterly VAT Returns

Experience and skills Required

• Bookkeeping - QuickBooks
• Good IT skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Previous office experience
