Administrator (Maternity cover)

Hours: 6-10 hours per week (at least 2 mornings in the office)
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience

Job Description

Duties include:

  • Writing invoices
  • Onboarding therapy clients
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Processing invoices
  • Grant administration including grant writing
  • Organising projects / workshops

Experience and skills Required

  • Business experience and/or degree
  • Previous office experience (at least 2 years)
  • Previous experience using Quickbooks
  • Previous experience in grant writing is a plus
  • Be organised and detail oriented
  • Be able to work independently and prioritise
