Job Description

We currently have an exciting new position available for an experienced administrator to join us and deal with the administration and coordination of the maintenance team. Working in a busy role you will be providing support to the property team members through efficient logging and handling of calls to the dedicated customer helpdesk.

Duties include:

  • Working as part of the team in scheduling activities for our waste removal, facilities management and construction companies.
  • Coordinating the maintenance enquiries and scheduling it using our CRM system
  • Acting as main point of contact with customers, property managers and contractors
  • Supporting and providing a professional service to the field based members of the team as well as customers and contractors.
  • Responding to enquiries and working with the team to resolve maintenance issues through to completion.
  • Invoicing and transaction reconciliation.

  • Excellent administration skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • The ability to prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail to present work to high standard.
  • Works well using own initiative and able to demonstrate problem solving ability.
