Job Description
A well-established charity is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join their Charitable Trust Fund as a Senior Administrator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the trust by managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with trustees, accountants, professionals, and investment managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications to the trust.
- Efficiently process incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for trust-related documents, including application forms, receipts, and reports.
- Liaise with charities applying for support, ensuring the application process runs smoothly.
- Prepare detailed fund summaries, including current balances and investment updates.
- Compile and present a comprehensive list of pending and processed charity applications.
- Ensure trustees have access to the latest financial reports, application logs, and other relevant documents ahead of meetings.
- Provide administrative support during and after meetings, including taking minutes if required.
- Collaborate with accountants at year-end to provide all necessary documentation for audits.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the trustees, implementing their decisions and ensuring compliance with the trust's objectives.
