Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit candidates for the claims handling side of the business where we will provide full training on a computerised claims management system to deal with clients claims arising out of financial mis-selling.

These are full time roles although some degree of flexibility is available as long as the work is completed in good time.

The work involves collating information from documentation and thereafter completing appropriate letters and documents that result in claims being successfully concluded. 

Some client contact but mostly a paper exercise.

Experience and skills Required

• Good command of Maths and English
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
