  • Provide ongoing customer service to existing clients via telephone
  • Handle technical queries and know how to respond and when to pass on to technical advisor.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure issues are resolved.

  • Basic computer skills - MS Office
  • Very patient
  • Confident
  • Willing to learn/train
