Customer service representative
Hours: Full time
Salary: £17,500 - £20,000 pa dependent on experience
- Provide ongoing customer service to existing clients via telephone
- Handle technical queries and know how to respond and when to pass on to technical advisor.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure issues are resolved.
Experience and skills Required
- Excellent telephone manner
- Basic computer skills - MS Office
- Very patient
- Willing to learn/train
