Job Description

This is a challenging and varied role where you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service through a smooth administrative process as part of a team.

Duties include:

  • Answering Customer Queries
  • General Admin, Including, investigating new client’s needs
  • Making sure records are updated accurately
  • Dealing with queries and issues of new and existing customers, liaising with energy suppliers on their behalf.
  • Preparing comparisons & Reviewing tariffs
  • Creating new contracts for new and existing customers, reacting to changes in energy market. Reviewing tariffs every quarter to ensure they are still on the cheapest tariff
