Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting and reporting on large datasets to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

The Data Analyst will be designing new data processes to help scale up the business and make the reporting processes faster.

Experience and skills Required

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Accounting or Bookkeeping experience would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilising Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualisation techniques. Applied Excel skills to streamline processes, analyse large datasets, and generate insightful reports for informed decision-making.
• Strong, mathematical and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or similar, along with familiarity with Xero, is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
