Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable deputy manager to support the day to day running of our Ofsted registered setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the manager in the daily operation of the setting
- Lead, motivate and support staff to deliver high quality care
- Step into the manger role when required
- Ensure policies, procedures and standards are followed
- Assist with staff supervision, training and performance
- Maintain a safe, positive and professional environment
- Enjoy working with children and provide excellent care, support and guidance to help them learn and develop.
