International customer service advisor (German)

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm (may consider 9.30-4.30pm)

Job Description

Duties include:

  • Main aspect of the job is to answer customer enquiries via telephone, fax, email, or website
  • In addition, the candidate will; Provide administration support including: order information and follow up sales enquiries
  • Providing customer support including: product information and after sales
  • Promoting sales and developing customer relationships
  • Great opportunity for growth in company

Experience and skills Required


  • Must have expert fluency in German Language (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literate and comfortable using new programs. (Full training will be provided.
  • Confident and capable
  • Able to communicate effectively via written media and excellent telephone manner
  • Managing time and workload effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities at a time
  • Delivering effective solutions to problems
  • Demonstrating flexibility to suit circumstances
  • Demonstrate good teamwork, internally and externally
  • Pro-active and professional behaviour
