Office Admin and Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Delta Fulfilment is looking for an ambitious talented individual to join our growing team in the Manchester office.  Delta specialises in order fulfilment to consumers for many different brands. We build strong relationships with our clients, providing a top-notch service in any way we can meet our client’s needs.  Delta looks after the warehousing and shipping logistics. 

Responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

  • Dealing with customer queries related to orders
  • Overlooking ticketing system ensuring tickets are responded to within SLA
  • Investigating lost and damaged parcels with suppliers within set timescales
  • Opening claims with relevant couriers and tracking the claims and chasing where relevant
  • Answering incoming calls to the office to assist customers and suppliers

Admin

  • Following weekly process for specific client
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Updating sheets, invoices and emailing to relevant departments
  • Communicating with warehouse and transport to arrange picks and deliveries for Bulk loads
  • Keeping track of overspill and discrepancies and following through until issues sorted.
