Job Description

General office duties:

  • Answering phone calls, passing messages
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Finding suitable contractors and managing maintenance jobs to ensure they are completed successfully
  • Scheduling engineer diaries
  • Raising invoices
  • When required attending properties for inspections

Experience and skills Required

  • Comfortable working under pressure and using your own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High command of English and grammar
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills and be well presented
  • Ability to show high levels of responsibility and ownership of jobs undertaken.

Other Details

Driving license and access to a car is essential
