Job Description
General office duties:
- Answering phone calls, passing messages
- Liaising with tenants
- Finding suitable contractors and managing maintenance jobs to ensure they are completed successfully
- Scheduling engineer diaries
- Raising invoices
- When required attending properties for inspections
Experience and skills Required
- Comfortable working under pressure and using your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills
- High command of English and grammar
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills and be well presented
- Ability to show high levels of responsibility and ownership of jobs undertaken.
Other Details
Driving license and access to a car is essential
