Daily duties include:

  • Checking bank reconciliation and recording accordingly
  • Collecting rent roll information and recording correctly
  • Data entry
  • Rental reports
  • Email and filing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Sorting out post

Experience and skills Required

  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferable
  • Quick learner and efficient
  • Experience in the property field
  • Bookkeeping experience
