Job Description

Property management office

The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team and will be the first point of contact for all inquiries into the office, whether via telephone or email, so must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Day to day duties will include (but will not be limited to)

  • All aspects of residential property management as well as
  • Answering the phone
  • Actioning and passing on messages
  • Dealing with inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Liaising with tenants and maintenance teams
  • Keeping records of timelines
  • Dealing with maintenance issues

Experience and skills Required


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good oral and written English
  • Must have previous Experience in residential property management or other office environment

The candidate will be exceptionally well organised, able to multitask, work calmly under pressure and be flexible in carrying out various tasks.
