Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative. This office-based role will require regular travel across the UK to meet customers and expand business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, expanding our distributor network, and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business opportunities within the safety footwear market across the UK.
  • Proactively grow and open new customer accounts.
  • Optimise existing customer relationships to increase sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver professional marketing presentations to customers at senior and executive levels.
  • Provide management with regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and new business opportunities.



 

Experience and skills Required

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing customer accounts.
  • Office-based with willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
  • Must hold a full, clean UK Driving License
  • CRM and basic Microsoft Office Experience.
  • Organisation skills to organise day to day sales task and meetings.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work independently, with a proven track record of managing a daily schedule without direct supervision
  • Ability to negotiate terms and confidently close sales to meet monthly targets
