Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and scheduling
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, tenants, and partners
  • Organise and maintain company files, records, and databases
  • Support property managers with coordination of site visits and viewings
  • Attend occasional property viewings or inspections as needed
  • Assist with basic tech tasks (e.g., uploading listings, using CRM software, etc.)

Experience and skills Required

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems.
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Previous admin or real estate experience is a plus but not essential.

Must have UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
