Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, tenants, and partners
- Organise and maintain company files, records, and databases
- Support property managers with coordination of site visits and viewings
- Attend occasional property viewings or inspections as needed
- Assist with basic tech tasks (e.g., uploading listings, using CRM software, etc.)
Experience and skills Required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Previous admin or real estate experience is a plus but not essential.
Must have UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
