Job Description

We are looking for people who have a passion for excellence, work well as a team and can think outside the box to overcome challenges. This is a challenging and varied role where you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service through a smooth administrative process as part of a team.

Duties include:

  • Administering a portfolio of clients, including investigating new client’s needs and dealing with client queries, in conjunction with an account manager
  • Making sure records are updated accurately
  • Contacting suppliers, to investigate and resolve objections
  • Making sure client’s supplies are contracted
  • Preparing tenders for an account manager to present to prospective clients

Experience and skills Required


  • The ideal candidate will have at least a year’s experience, gained from working within the energy industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • The ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
  • Team working ability
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Project-management skills
