Job Overview

This is a fill in for maternity leave, so a temporary position (about 9 months), with possible prospects for longer term continuation and pay increase subject to circumstances and performance. We seek ideally someone with experience in residential letting and management, and previous use of CFP property database would be an advantage. But even if you don't have this experience, and you are keen, apply and we can train you on the job. We are a small management company so you would be an important part of the team.

This role would involve:

• Recording received rent
• Chasing arrears
• Taking tenants maintenance
• Responding to property maintenance issues by way of ordering contractors to do repairs
• Arranging and reviewing letting applications via vouch, and producing rental signup documentation
• All general residential property management issues.

Working together with another employee from our office doing similar work.

Hours would be Monday to Thursday 9-5, Fridays 9-1pm. 

Our office is very accessible in Whitefield at a bus stop and opposite a tram stop.
