Job role:

The Role includes surveying residential properties to measure their energy efficiency and providing certification relating to their EPC rating using proprietary software
To develop skills, with EPC National’s help, to carry out energy/other surveys giving tenants and clients the greatest service.
To be efficient so that the survey/programming work can be covered at a good speed.
To become confident giving client consultations regarding achieving legally required EPC ratings.

Skills Required:

EPC Qualifications – (EPC NATIONAL will help achieve these).
Full driving licence
Good computer skills (Outlook/Excel/good grammar and communicating well via email)
Communicating well with tenants/clients/office staff

Personality / Character / Attitude Required:

Responsibility, consistency, drive, motivation, and a strong work ethic are key.
Self-initiative but also happy to ask for help when needed.
Consistent and punctual.
Committed to leaving a good impression of our firm.
Being able to discuss any issues/hardships/ideas/innovations internally; EPC N are committed to helping all team members develop.
