Fusion Funding Limited is a specialist UK property finance and debt advisory firm, providing bespoke funding solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and professional property investors. We focus on loan transactions of £1m+ across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate, managing the entire financing process from initial consultation through to completion.
The Role:
Working directly with the Founder & Managing Director, you will play a key role in managing property finance transactions from client onboarding through to loan completion. This is a client-facing position offering hands-on exposure to complex, high-value real estate finance deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage transactions from instruction to completion.
• Prepare lender presentations, credit packs, and financing proposals.
• Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and other professionals to keep deals progressing.
• Review lender terms and prepare comparisons for clients.
• Coordinate legal and valuation processes through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction.
• Support onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and document collection.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and introducers.
• Analyse tenancy schedules, rental income, and client financial information.
• Prepare cashflow models, lender comparisons, and reporting.
• Maintain CRM records, deal trackers, and transaction documentation.
• Support the development of internal systems and processes.

Experience and skills Required

Essential experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in UK property finance, real estate, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and commercial financial analysis experience.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Knowledge & AttributesUnderstanding of UK property lending and property investment fundamentals.
• Professional, client-facing communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Ambitious, discreet, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Desirable experience:

• Experience within a property finance brokerage, debt advisory firm, or banking environment.
• Knowledge of valuations, credit approval processes, and legal completion.
• Exposure to development finance, mezzanine finance, or portfolio lending.
