Job Description

Duties include:

• The Role includes surveying properties to measure their energy efficiency and providing certification relating to their EPC rating using proprietary software
• To develop skills, with EPC National’s help, to carry out energy/other surveys giving tenants and clients the greatest satisfaction.
• To grow your NDEA qualification levels and over time master levels 3/4/5.
• To become confident giving client consultations regarding achieving legally required ratings. 
• Full training and qualification will be given

Experience and skills Required

• Full driving licence
• Good computer skills (Outlook / Excel)
• Good oral and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsibility, consistency, drive, motivation, and a strong work ethic are key
• Self-initiative but also happy to ask for help when needed
• Consistent and punctual
• Being able to discuss any issues/hardships/ideas/innovations internally
• Great team worker
• Working to high standards and committed to attaining the technical and regulatory knowledge and skills required to achieve this
