An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Retentions Manager to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who wants to begin their career journey in an exciting, fast-growing industry. Full, ongoing training will be provided.

As a Trainee Retentions Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. You will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop the skills necessary for the role. Under the mentorship of senior managers, you will work towards becoming an effective member of the Retentions department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Retention: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to retain and renew customer contracts or subscriptions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback and concerns, working closely with other teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience

Experience and skills Required

Essential Skills:

  • Self-starter with a real can-do approach.
  • Positive outlook with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multi‐task and work under pressure.
